We were at a playground and Lessi found a cat. She would not let the cat go. Some kids nearby we’re there watching her,so lessi goes up to them and says out of the blue to them ” When we were at the Zocalo, there was a squirrel and I gave him a tract but he wouldn’t take it,he only sniffed it.
There was a car parked next to us that was almost identical to ours at Uncle Michael’s Apts. I asked Keren if she liked our car and she says”yes,it’s an eyesore” who knows what she was really saying.

They say that what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger,I feel stronger especially after that loong drive, getting pulled over by state troopers 3 times in the middle of the night before reaching El Paso, getting a speeding ticket and 2 warnings before crashing to sleeep at 7 am at a Motel6 and the kids waking up basically as soon as we brought everything in the room. Angie got Happy Meals all along the way so the kids were happy,so it all ended on a happy note by arriving to the end of our long drive; through the clean, sandy, cactus-filled apache warrior land.
