It was fun to watch some of the World Cup games like Argentina VS Ivory coast (2-1),it was a very fast paced game,with both sides playing quite well. Also watching Mexico VS Iran (3-1). Without a doubt Brazil was going to beat Croatia (1-0)although I’m sure the Croatians gave them a hard time as they are pretty good too,and Italy beat Ghana(2-0).The U.S. is playing a whole different ball game in Europe and they have no idea how to play against any Europeans especially a formidable team like the Czech Republic (0-3).The finals will probably be Brazil and Germany.
We are back in Puebla safe and Sound.
Today on my walk I saw a bobcat, it was just walking nonchalantly down the street and then up the neighbor’s driveway and it stopped to look at me,it had pointy ears and spots and it seemed pretty staulky and well fed, the other day I saw a coyote,although it looked more like a grey wolf,it was pretty big,sometimes we hear them howling at night.Also there are rabbits galore. There’s a good amount of wildlife here.
It’s avocado season,so once in a while we go on an avocado walk and pick avocados that fall to the ground,goes good with the tacos. It’s Good to keep up with the tradition.
I was going to post a bunch of Stuff ,but I forgot what I was going to say. So I will just briefly put major news/events into simple 2 word sentences….er.never mind.The past two weeks is all a blur.
I had to stay back with Shali because her passport didn’t come in time,so we had to cancel our tickets.Angie and Alessia and Keren took the plane to Puebla last week.We will be travelling on the 13th of June.
Californians are quite polite people.I open the door for someone and they say, Thank You! While driving you let them get in front of you and they wave at you and say thanks,even if you didn’t intentionally stop for them.They just assume you did.
Someone was mentioning tomorrow is 06-06-06….
